Inspiration Points

Time for mid-week inspiration.  For my book club we've been reading Hungry, the autobiography of plus-size model Crystal Renn.  She is very smart and insightful, and her story has made me think about body image, size, and "fat acceptance".  Having been a "fat person" for most of my life, I have definitely struggled with body image issues.  Even now, as fit as I have ever been, I still have an overweight BMI.  I will post more about this after book club, but this week's inspiration is to be yourself!  One key to happiness is to just be you, and to accept yourself instead of trying to become what others want or expect you to be.
