Lately I've been trying to do at least 10 minutes of yoga and 5 minutes of meditation each morning. I love the fact that these days you can go online and find just about any kind of workout video you want. I remember having only 1 or 2 VHS workout videos to choose from!
Here is a great AM Yoga workout I found on Hulu. It's only 10 minutes, and I love the instructor's bright cheerful tone. This set includes some great shoulder openers, a few sun salutations, and a couple of warrior poses.
